Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Trust Home Appliance Repair website and our in-home appliance repair services. By requesting or approving service, you agree to these Terms. Service requests and scheduling Submitting a form or choosing a preferred date does not confirm an appointment. We confirm the service area, availability, diagnostic fee, and appointment window before the visit. Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, prior jobs, parts availability, or other conditions. An adult age 18 or older must be present, and the appliance and utility connections must be safely accessible. Diagnostics and estimates The diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit, inspection, and diagnosis. After diagnosis, we explain the recommended repair and provide a price for approval before repair work begins. If additional problems are discovered, we will explain them and request approval before additional chargeable work. Parts and repair timing Parts availability, manufacturer changes, and shipping may affect completion time. Some repairs require a return visit. We may recommend replacement instead of repair when a unit appears unsafe, parts are unavailable, or repair is not reasonably economical. Payment Payment terms and accepted methods are explained before service. Unless other terms are agreed to in writing, payment is due when the approved work is completed. Repair warranty Unless different written terms apply, approved repair labor is covered for six months for recurrence of the same diagnosed issue. Parts may carry a separate manufacturer or supplier warranty. Coverage does not include unrelated failures, misuse, physical damage, pests, water intrusion, power or plumbing problems, blocked venting, customer-supplied parts, or work altered by another person. Warranty service requires reasonable access to inspect the appliance. Safety and third-party work We may stop or decline work when conditions are unsafe or outside appliance repair, including electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, or venting conditions that require another qualified professional. Website information Website content is general information and does not replace an in-home diagnosis. Brand names belong to their respective owners. Trust Home Appliance Repair is an independent repair service; manufacturer authorization or affiliation is not implied unless stated in writing. Limitation and applicable law To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claim related to a service is limited to direct losses caused by that service and will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The law applicable where the service is performed governs. Changes and contact We may update these Terms, and the effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page or by calling or texting (980) 666-8242.
